Nick Laue, a partner at Keller & Almassian, PLC, has been selected for the 2024 class of “40 Under 40” Emerging Leaders in Insolvency Practice by the American Bankruptcy Institute. Nick’s practice includes representing creditors, lenders, debtors, and asset buyers in both the consumer and corporate bankruptcy arena. He regularly represents clients in state and federal commercial litigation matters. Nick also has considerable experience representing clients in adversary proceedings before the Bankruptcy Courts for the Western and Eastern District of Michigan.
He has been selected as a Best Lawyers® in America since 2023 and featured in the Grand Rapids Magazine as a Top Lawyer in the area of Bankruptcy Creditor/Debtor Rights Law. Nick is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, American Bar Association, Grand Rapids Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, Bankruptcy Section, and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He serves on the Social Interaction Committee for the Grand Rapids Bar Association, and he is an adjunct professor at Grand Valley State University.
